For 2018 Barry-John McHenry returned to the Ford Fiesta ST championship with his Kellett Motorsport Team. After a tough 2017 Barry-John was keen to make the most of his experience from the year before.

The season started great with a 2nd place in Mondello park. In the second round Barry-John got his first pole position in the class in Bischopscourt. Unfortunately the steering broke and what was sure to be a strong weekend turned into a frustrating weekend and what could of been. As the season continued another 2nd place and constant top 6 finishes meant that Barry-John would finish 4th overall in the championship. Overall a good season but lady luck was not on the Raheny Drivers side all year. Barry-Johns hopes to be back on the grid in 2019 and plans to make another step forward and battle for the title.
